We are hiring Telecommunicators, no experience needed! To be considered, send resume to apply@norcom.org with ‘application’ in the subject line or sign up to take the written 911 Dispatcher test at Public Safety Testing and have your scores sent to NORCOM. Starting wage for training is $32.85/hr. Lateral candidates will be brought in at the pay step that reflects their total years of service as a fully released telecommunicator throughout the entirety of their career
