Online Governing Board
Due to continued social-distancing requirements to mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic, and in compliance with the Governor’s proclamations, NORCOM will hold its Governing Board meetings remotely. The public may participate in the meeting telephonically or by video remote access.
- To provide public comment in advance of the meeting, please submit your comments by 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the meeting. Your comments will be read into the record at the start of the meeting (3 minutes maximum). E-mail comments to: meetingcomment@norcom.org
