In addition to call taking and dispatching, NORCOM manages two radio systems, supports two computer aided dispatch (CAD) systems, hosts multiple technology solutions, and provides 24/7/365 IT support for its staff and user agencies. A Governing Board, comprised of one representative of each user agency or municipality, is the oversight structure, and the Board appoints an Executive Director to manage day-to-day operations.
